ONLINE ASHTANGA CLASSES

Allow me to be your guide, teaching you the techniques needed to create and maintain a steady personal practice. These classes are so much more than simply learning exercises, they are about creating a healthier lifestyle. Discover the tools and develop the habits you’ll need to help improve your daily patterns and ultimately, your life.

Providing one to one feedback during each session, helping you to refine your practice, receiving input and corrections through skilful and articulated verbal adjustments. For new and challenging poses, I provide detailed breakdowns, tailored modifications and guidance using props. You will work at your own pace, receiving the support and adjustments your need to progress safely and confidently. Improving various aspects of your practice, such as building strength, gaining flexibility and mastering new poses. Clear step by step progressions will guide you in advancing methodically and effectively,

Our Online Ashtanga Yoga Community offers a supportive environment for your practice. Join me to experience a personalised approach to Ashtanga Yoga that helps you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.

MYSORE STYLE

Mysore Style is the traditional way to learn the Ashtanga Yoga sequences. It's a group class with private instructions which allow each student to practice accordingly with their level to ensure a life-long sustainable practice. Beginners and seasonal practitioners are welcome. 

 

 Monday to Friday 06:30 Central Standard Time in USA/ 12:30 0r 13:30 in Central Europe Time depending on the time changes of the year

PRIMARY SERIES LED CLASSES

This is a guided class through the entire primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. Bianca counts the traditional Vinyasa in Sanskrit. Led class reinforces the proper Vinyasa system you learn in the Mysore class – when to inhale and when to exhale as you enter in and out of each Asana. Following the teacher’s pace and count in led class instills discipline and helps build both mental and physical strength of students.

Led Classes are usually held on the last Saturday of the month.

Prices for the Ashtanga Online Program:

*Daily practice

One month: 108 Euros

Three months: 289 Euros

Six months: 528 Euros

4 Classes Package: 60 Euros (Valid for one month)
